State-of-the-art treatment

The new Egg Product Plant is located next to the Sorting Centre at Hibramer S.A. Apart from the advantages of having a new and computerised facility, the new plant allows the eggs in shells to be line processed at the Hibramar poultry farm in Aldeamayor de San Martín.

Using this system, the eggs are treated when they are only a few hours old, ensuring a high quality product in bacteriological and physicochemical terms. This system is especially suitable for production processes that require high quality raw materials.
